HBO Asia is the exclusive distributor of BabyFirst and WarnerTV in Asia and a joint venture of HBO (a Time Warner company) and Paramount.

  2. Where can I obtain the monthly schedule for each channel?

    For an overview of daily schedules, please click here. To download the monthly schedule, simply click on the   icon next to each channel on the same page.

  3. How do I check for a particular movie's show time in the website?

    Please type in the movie title in our search toolbar found on the top-right of our website and the search results will show if the movie is currently available.

    If there are no showtimes available, this means that the movie is not scheduled to air yet.

  4. How do I get the monthly HBO and/or CINEMAX eNewsletters?

    You can sign up for our monthly eNewsletters here.

  5. I have changed my email address. How do I update my profile to continue receiving the monthly HBO and/or CINEMAX eNewsletters?

    If you have changed your email address recently and want to add your new address to our mailing list, please unsubscribe the old email address here and re-subscribe with your new address here.

  6. How do I unsubscribe myself from the HBO and/or CINEMAX eNewsletters?

    You can unsubscribe from our eNewsletters here. Alternatively, you can also unsubscribe directly from our monthly eNewsletters.

  7. I have signed up for the monthly eNewsletters, but I have not been receiving them. What should I do?

    Your email client might have identified our eNewsletters as spam and directed them to your Junk/Bulk Mail folder. To ensure that you receive these eNewsletters in your Inbox, please add webmaster@hboasiamail.com to your email address book.

    Our system is programmed such that should the first attempt in sending the eNewsletters be unsuccessful, the system will try re-sending over the next 24 hours. Any subsequent unsuccessful attempts will result in your particulars being deleted from our database.

    Our eNewsletters are sent out at the end of each month. If you are still experiencing any difficulties, kindly re-register your current email address. If re-registration still does not work, please contact us.

  8. How do I subscribe to HBO channels?

    The HBO service is made available through the respective cable operators in each country. Click here to find out the contact details of your nearest cable operator.
